Consider This An Invitation

If you are ready for a new adventure in life, we want to invite you to consider a job in an organization that prides itself in employee engagement, community support
and financial stability. We believe we are “just what the doctor ordered” for you. Allow us to prove it.

Arbor Health is comprised of one Critical Access Hospital, four primary care clinics, a specialty clinic and a rapid-care clinic—and we are growing.

Becker's Healthcare named Arbor Health to the Top 150 Places to Work in Healthcare in 2025. This came in addition to being awarded the KMNT Country Listener's Choice Best Place to Work in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

As stated in Becker's Healthcare announcement, “Arbor Health’s mission to foster trust and nurture a healthy community is reflected in its employee-centered culture and commitment to delivering exceptional care. With core values that emphasize teamwork, ownership, compassion and joy, Arbor Health cultivates an uplifting and supportive work environment. Employees benefit from a competitive package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, disability coverage, and a new no-cost lab and x-ray benefit for those on the health plan. The organization actively supports inclusive hiring, cultural celebrations and equity training, while investing in professional development with tuition reimbursement and leadership training. With over 60 percent employee engagement in its latest survey and a voluntary turnover rate under 15 percent in 2024, staff satisfaction and retention remain high. As the largest employer in East Lewis County, Arbor Health plays a vital role in strengthening its rural community.”

We are proud of these accolades, and we are proud of our team!

Arbor Health Is Located in a Beautiful Land...

The East Lewis County community is made up with seven small towns, each with its own personality. Regardless of which town you choose to reside, you will be surrounded by majestic mountains with glorious lakes and streams—all making for breathtaking views.

Snow skiing, snowmobiling, boating, water skiing, paddle boarding, camping, hang-gliding, incredible hikes—It's all here. When you join our team, you'll be living where others hope to vacation.

Thank you to staff and friends for use of your photographs.

We Have Careers Worth the Move

Career Advancement

In addition to seeking established, experienced candidates for all positions, Arbor Health also believes in "growing our own." The Arbor Health Foundation offers educational scholarships to employees, enabling them to advance their careers—or begin completely new career paths.

As example, we have certified medical assistants who started out in housekeeping and registered nurses who started out as nursing assistants. We also offer the Washington State Certified Medical Assistant apprenticeships.

What is your career goal? Talk to us about the possibility of Arbor Health helping you reach it.
